Privacy Rights Addendum - California
This addendum supplements the main U.S. Privacy Statement for Hedonist Entrepreneur and applies to residents of California.
Your California Privacy Rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the following rights:

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information: You can direct us to limit our use of your sensitive personal information to that use which is necessary to perform the services.

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise your rights under the CCPA/CPRA, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt.
Sale of Personal Information
The Hedonist Entrepreneur Initiative does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. However, we may share certain information with third-party partners for business purposes as described in our main Privacy Policy.
