This addendum supplements the main U.S. Privacy Statement for Hedonist Entrepreneur and applies to residents of Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Kentucky, Nebraska, and Rhode Island.

New Hampshire: The New Hampshire Privacy Act emphasises consumer choice and control, particularly in relation to the processing of sensitive data.
New Jersey: The New Jersey Disclosure and Accountability Transparency Act focuses on transparency in data practices, requiring clear disclosures about data collection and use.
Kentucky: The Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act includes unique provisions for data protection assessments, requiring businesses to evaluate the risks associated with certain data processing activities.
Nebraska: The Nebraska Consumer Data Privacy Act has specific requirements for obtaining consent, particularly for processing sensitive data or data related to minors.
Rhode Island: The Rhode Island Data Protection Act includes provisions for data broker registration, requiring certain businesses that collect and sell consumer data to register with the state.
