Privacy Rights Addendum - Texas
This addendum supplements the main U.S. Privacy Statement for Hedonist Entrepreneur and applies to residents of Texas.
Your Privacy Rights in Texas
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Texas residents have the following rights:

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to verify your identity using the information you provide.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Sale of Personal Information
The Hedonist Entrepreneur Initiative does not sell personal information as defined under the TDPSA. However, we may share certain information with third-party partners for business purposes as described in our main Privacy Policy.
Sensitive Personal Data
The TDPSA provides additional protections for sensitive personal data. We only process sensitive personal data with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable laws.
Children’s Privacy
