Privacy Rights Addendum - Utah and Iowa

This addendum supplements the main U.S. Privacy Statement for Hedonist Entrepreneur and applies to residents of Utah and Iowa.

Your Privacy Rights in Utah and Iowa

Under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) and the Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA), residents of these states have the following rights:

3. Right to Data Portability: You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable and readily usable format.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Sale of Personal Information

The Hedonist Entrepreneur Initiative does not sell personal information as defined under the UCPA or ICDPA. However, we may share certain information with third-party partners for business purposes as described in our main Privacy Policy.

Sensitive Data Processing

We only process sensitive data with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable laws.
