Privacy Rights Addendum - Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut
This addendum supplements the main U.S. Privacy Statement for Hedonist Entrepreneur and applies to residents of Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut.
Your Privacy Rights in Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), residents of these states have the following rights:

- Right to Appeal: You have the right to appeal our decision regarding your request within a reasonable period of time.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 45 days (for Virginia and Connecticut) or 60 days (for Colorado). We may extend this period by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, considering the complexity and number of your requests.
Verification Process
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to verify your identity using the information you provide.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Sale of Personal Information
The Hedonist Entrepreneur Initiative does not sell personal information as defined under the VCDPA, CPA, or CTDPA. However, we may share certain information with third-party partners for business purposes as described in our main Privacy Policy.
Sensitive Data Processing
We only process sensitive data with your explicit consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable laws.
